Home Preparation & Staging
This isn't HGTV, and we don't over glamorize properties for sensation. We provide practical, effective, and efficient preparation and staging customized to your home. Presentation is everything! Without proper presentation, your home can't be marketed the way it needs to be to get the attention and offers it deserves. Staging can range from using what you have to renting items at your discretion.

Offers & Negotiation
We will present all offers promptly with a key points summary to assist you in comparing what matters. We will advise you on the strategy for each offer of why they presented it that way, and what your options are. We will advise and communicate your needs through the entire negotiation process, including price, terms, repairs, concessions, and more.
Contract & Paperwork
When you accept an offer, we make sure the forms, requests, addendums, and disclosures are accurate. We coordinate with the inspectors, testers, lenders, and closing reps from title to ensure you have a smooth closing.
Closing & Beyond
We make sure everything you need to do is done before closing happens. If you are also buying your next home with us, we make sure everything is in place for that closing to happen as well.
